Jurassic Dream Park Qaqing Phase 1
project is developed by Daqing Dream
City Investment Management Co. Ltd.
It is one of the world's most
cutting-edge entertainment resort
Kingdom, a number of planning,
design and technology are the top
developed all over China or even the
world. It was started up from
October 2011.
The project is around 120,000m2
green field buildings including
around 100,000m2 Jurassic Park and
20,000m2 Jurassic City. It is
planned to be finished by the end of
2013.
The buildings include Festival
Garden Atrium, Dinosaur encounter,
Dinosaur discovery, Fire Show,
Motion Theatre, Indoor Coaster, etc.
The construction schedule is very
tight and now we are in the process
of construction drawing design. SSBA
team started full time management on
site supporting the client for
design review, procurement and the
whole construction stage management.

SEDL project
started up on Jul 1, 2011, SSBA team start full time
management on site, the project is around 30,000m2 extension
of existing factory and planned to be finished by end of
Aug, 2012. The extended factory includes warehouse,
production and assembly workshop, service workshop, etc. the
construction schedule is very tight and now we are in the
process of construction drawing design. SSBA will support
client for design review and procurement, and management the
whole construction stage.
